RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is arranged through Schuss to ensure secure transit.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

• United States & Canada: $40

• Europe: $35

• Rest of World: $50

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable Items

• Sale and discount coded items are final sales and excluded from returns and exchanges.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

• Worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

• Swimwear is excluded from returns and exchanges.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info @schuss-apparel.com.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid DHL return label.

All items remain the responsibility of the customer until received and inspected by Schuss.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Bank processing times may vary.
